Returns and Exchanges


At Our Village Organics, we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. However, due to the nature of our products, we have the following policies:

No Returns for Opened or Used Products: Once a product is sold or delivered, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products.


Damaged or Quality Issues:

If you receive a tampered or damaged product, please inform our Customer Care within 24 hours of receipt. Include supporting images and video for prompt resolution.

For any quality issues, contact our Customer Care within 7 days of order delivery.


Conditions for Exchanges

Products must be returned in a saleable condition, with the bottle unopened and in its original packaging.

Exchange requests will be vetted and approved by Our Village Organics.

Exchanges are only accepted for damages or quality issues as per the conditions outlined above.


Limitations

Damage After Delivery: Our Village Organics is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy.
